Board Strategic Plan

The Board Strategic Plan represents Sunrise’s commitment to our purpose, mission and values. We developed this plan based on discussions with stakeholders and review it annually. It keeps our Board focused on their priorities.

1. Within the Educational domain, the Board has chosen Literacy and Numeracy as their specific

areas of focus.

2. Within the Social-Emotional domain, the Board will be focused on Mental Health and

Well-Being.

3. Within the Relational domain, the Board has chosen to focus on Community and Cultural

connections.
