| | The Varisty Girls Basketball Team held a tournament last weekend and raised $400 for the Haiti Relief Fund. Spearheaded by April Lapointe, the team raised the money from gate admission and the donation will be matched by the charity. The Boys Hockey Team raised money at their last home game for a different cause. Spearheaded by Mike Lawson and Andrew Brown, the hockey team raised $120 for breast cancer research. All players wore pink laces and mouthguards and used pink stick tape for the game to promote breast cancer awareness.
