GRAD 2008 - NEWSLETTER

 

Tickets Go On Sale May 20th    ...........dinner tickets are $20 per person, grads free

                                                  ...........tickets will be sold in Room 15 at 11:45 daily

                                                  ...........dinner tables seat 8 people comfortably

                                                  ...........maximum of 10 people per table at dinner

                                                  ...........table choice is on a first come first serve basis    

                                                  ...........safegrad drink tickets are $3.00 per ticket

                                                  ...........maximum of 10 tickets each may be purchased

                                                  ...........safegrad drink tickets sold Tuesday, June 10 from

                                                             4:00 to 5:30 p.m. and Wednesday, June 11 from

                                                             7:00 to 8:30 p.m. in front of the office at the school

                                                  ...........grads who are minors must have a parent in

                                                             attendance for the entire safegrad and tickets

                                                             will be purchased by and given to that parent

 

JUNE 25, 2008 - REHEARSAL

All grads must attend rehearsal. 

Rehearsal begins at 10:00 a.m.  Decorating the hall will begin immediately following rehearsal.  Any grads and parents who may assist with decorating please plan to attend.  Seats may not be reserved on this day.

 

JUNE 26, 2008 - GRADUATION DAY

Ceremony        .............begins at 1:00 p.m.

                        .............grads must be at the hall by 12:00 at the latest to dress in

                                      caps & gowns and to be marshalled 

                                      The hall will be open at 11:00 a.m. to start this process and to reserve seats.

 

Pictures           ............at Train Whistle Park immediately following the ceremonies.

                                     Approximate time will be 3:00 p.m.  Group & family photo poses will be available                            at the hall starting at 5:00 p.m.  

 

Dinner              .............the hall will be open at 5:00 p.m.

                        .............the bar will be open at 5:30 p.m.

                        .............the dinner and formal presentations will start at 6:00 p.m.

                        .............the dance will follow immediately after the formal presentations

                       

Safegrad         .............the first bus will leave at 11:30 p.m. and the last bus will leave at   

                                      12:30 a.m. A bus will leave for the CPTC every 10 minutes.

                        .............the graduate and all guests listed must board the bus together

                        .............all participants must have ID with them at all times

                        .............drink tickets will be issued as students board the bus for the CPTC grounds

                        .............Safegrad is at the CPTC grounds from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.

                        .............parents must pick up their children when called or at 6:00 a.m.
