The ESS Intramural Program exists as a way for as many students as possible to take part in various physical activities in a non-competitive environment.

Mondays and Wednesdays are reserved for Middle Years students while High School students get the gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Fridays are used for special events, staff activities or team practices. Staff are encouraged to participate and often do.

Intramural activities often follow the themes beng taught in Physical Education classes. For the month of March, intramural activities are co-ed badminton. April will feature Badminton in the early part of the month with low-organized games the focus in the final three weeks.
